sorry, I think my black and white polka dot with a pink line rain boots are a lot cuter, and putting a fancy ribbon on, that can get wet and muddy, seems to defeat the purpose of rain boots...
Grosgrain ribbon isn't fancy! I'd say grosgrain is the Scott tissue of the ribbon industry!
These would have been perfect with the " flowery dungarees" I wore during my last trip to the UK in 1990...come to think of it, they'd also be perfect with my favorite jeans now!! Love them!!
